Lead in-store sales and deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Assist across store departments including POS system management, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Work closely with store management to achieve and exceed personal and team sales goals, while delegating day-to-day activities, monitoring progress, and maintaining high service standards.
