Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide portfolio oversight to deliver successful, globally consistent project management across the portfolio with full reporting transparency.
  • •Manage risk reporting (financial, schedule, legal, and reputational) on a monthly basis and provide assessments of trends and potential impacts to the Client.
  • •Implement the Flexible Delivery Model for resource planning and provide forecasting and recommendations for resourcing on a project basis against the capital plan.
  • •Establish and implement a CEHS safety program and confirm third-party vendors and General Contractors comply with Client safety processes.
  • •Develop and implement a global Lessons Learned process and update playbooks and standards based on insights.
  • •Coordinate annual and multi-year capital plans, capture project goals and programmatic requirements to form baseline estimates.
  • •Manage budgets based on actual costs and market conditions, leveraging Client sourcing where possible; facilitate monthly variance reporting.
  • •Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors for independent cost, commercial, and risk recommendations.
  • •Support Transactions Management during site selection with Technical Due Diligence, budgets, and test-fits.
  • •Develop Project Charter and Execution Plan with sign-off from the Client; direct design teams from needs analysis through Stage Gate approvals.
  • •Develop an end-to-end delivery schedule compliant with Client Standards, coordinating design, procurement, and milestones.
  • •Serve as Contract Administrator for Main/General Contractors; lead weekly/bi-weekly site meetings to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
  • •Develop commercial strategies for procurement and lead bid analyses; promote supplier diversity and track spend; oversee punch list and final documentation for handover.
  • •Manage the release of final certificates of completion and payment during financial close

Key Requirements

  • •B.E. Civil or B.Arch with formal Project Management qualifications (NICMAR / PMP / Master’s in Project Management)
  • •12-15 years+ of proven experience managing complex construction projects from strategic planning through decommissioning
  • •Expert knowledge of project controls, including budget/cost management, schedule management, and risk registers
  • •Proficiency in client-specific technology systems
  • •Strong experience in administering contracts for General Contractors and Design Teams, including change order management and lien waiver reviews
