Lead IT Pillar initiatives focusing on Hyperion/EPM, PLM/Enovia, and EPBCS within McDermott's IT landscape. Provide senior technical guidance, design and implement solutions, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with finance and IT teams to optimize planning, forecasting, and product system performance across on-prem environments.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide support and development of existing Hyperion Planning applications (on-prem) as the company implements EPBCS
•Work with consultants and internal team to implement EPBCS with Financial and Project modules including business rules, substitution variables, user security model, web forms, etc.
•Collaborate and drive strategic thinking in the development of forecasting models for large projects, metadata management, and data integration
•Provide input for functional and technical design and then deliver on the development of those design decisions
•Assist in SIT and UAT of various EPM application implementations

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
•Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT supporting EPCI business applications as a lead or administrator
•Experience in and understanding of Accounting (P&L, BS, Cash Flow)
•Ability to work as a team member as well as act as a team leader
•Strong hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and developing solutions 3DEXP Platform 201X and/or ENVOVIA V6 and several of their corresponding modules
