  • •Shape and lead the enterprise D&T performance strategy, ensuring alignment with D&T strategic and operational goals and transformation initiatives.
  • •Define and govern performance reporting structures (cadence, accountability, escalation) to ensure disciplined execution and transparency.
  • •Develop advanced analytics models to forecast performance trends and identify strategic opportunities for proactive operational planning and agility.
  • •Drive benefits realization tracking and ROI accountability across D&T initiatives, ensuring tangible value delivery and value delivery measurement.
  • •Govern vendor performance metrics and support prioritization and budget allocation discussions with Finance and relevant forums; conduct performance reviews of financial metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •12+ years of experience in performance strategy, enterprise metrics, or digital transformation; financial planning and reporting experience is advantageous.
  • •Proven ability to influence executive decision-making through performance insights.
  • •Expertise in advanced analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python, R) and performance management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, OKRs).
  • •Experience designing KPI/performance frameworks and managing cross-functional initiatives and teams.
