Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end incident and near-miss process, including root cause analysis, corrective actions, escalation, and close-out reporting to the Global Safety Team.
  • •Own collision response and fatigue risk programs, delivering training and monitoring shift indicators before they become incidents.
  • •Track safety performance data across the program and surface trends with clear recommendations.
  • •Set and enforce safety standards for fitness-to-operate, fatigue protocols, and on-road conduct across all shifts.
  • •Oversee driver compliance including drug and alcohol testing, fitness-to-drive documentation, Singapore license monitoring, and audit-ready record maintenance.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in a safety management role with NEBOSH, WSHO, or equivalent, plus direct driver or fleet safety experience in regulated transport, logistics, or mobility.
  • •Built or owned a fatigue risk program, delivered training, and monitored compliance across a shift-based operation.
  • •Led incident and near-miss protocols end-to-end, including investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action, and close-out.
  • •Understood depot/hub-based operations and on-road field safety environments.
  • •Working knowledge of Singapore’s WSH framework and LTA requirements, with strong KPI tracking and recommendations.
