Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the multi-quarter product vision for content ingestion and distribution, connecting ingestion, distribution, and platform investments to measurable reductions in manual work and turnaround time.
  • •Own products that make delivery effortless, including unified direct delivery via APIs/web portals/feeds, spec-agnostic ingestion, partner onboarding/permissioning, metadata capture, and automated asset evaluation/QC.
  • •Lead orchestration from ingestion to launch, using automation as the default path and an extensible catalog architecture with reliable fulfillment to platform systems.
  • •Partner with operational and cross-functional teams to translate operational pain points into a prioritized backlog, align KPIs (e.g., turnaround time and manual steps reduced) with product investments, and streamline asset workflows.
  • •Lead and grow a team of product managers by hiring, coaching, setting goals, and raising the bar on product craft.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management experience for B2B-focused products.
  • •Experience shipping complex technical or platform products, ideally in content ingestion/distribution pipelines, workflow orchestration, or large-scale operational systems.
  • •Strong systems thinking and technical acumen across pipelines, APIs, data models, automation, and trade-offs between speed, quality, cost, and risk.
