Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement embedded real-time systems that meet functional safety and cybersecurity requirements
  • •Develop software features planned in sprints and participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
  • •Perform object-oriented design and coding of real-time embedded software, including code reviews and quality checks
  • •Manage code changes using version control tools such as Git and execute unit and integration tests for firmware requirements
  • •Debug software and hardware/software integration issues, including prototyping on custom hardware and low-level board bring-up

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 15+ years of embedded software development experience, preferably on Embedded Linux platforms
  • •Expert programming skills in C/C++ and shell scripting
  • •Hands-on experience with device driver development, Yocto image building, and device tree development
  • •Experience with boot loaders (U-Boot preferred) and Linux kernel internals
  • •Experience with secure coding, static/dynamic code analysis, and tools such as Blackduck to address EU-CRA requirements
