Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a Senior Manager on the store leadership team, providing strategic direction across Service Operations.
  • •Directly and indirectly lead multiple managers and a large frontline workforce, owning staffing, performance management, and associate development planning.
  • •Oversee operational execution using key performance metrics, production capacity, quality, cycle time, and cost controls to drive continuous improvement.
  • •Maintain full financial accountability, including P&L ownership, expense management, labor optimization, and productivity targets.
  • •Ensure Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) program responsibilities, including self-inspections, hazardous waste disposal, and workplace safety/PPE.
