Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-premises support for AVI-SPL customers at customer sites to deliver a world-class customer service experience.
  • •Set up and break down conference spaces based on event needs.
  • •Perform preventative maintenance by ensuring AV technology works as designed and testing/repairing hardware components.
  • •Clean AV equipment and complete job site documentation; provide client training on AV technology as needed.
  • •Set up, operate, and troubleshoot audio/video and presentation systems; collaborate with teams and adhere to local safety standards, including traveling to job sites as required.

Key Requirements

  • •Valid driver’s license and an MVR that meets the company driving standard.
  • •Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, with flexibility to work after hours and weekends and ability to climb/work from ladders and lift equipment/tools/materials.
