Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet and interact with guests, building rapport to drive repeat business.
  • •Suggestively sell beverages and menu items while preparing drinks to standard recipes and venue specifications.
  • •Record equipment failures and safety hazards in the bar log; maintain HOB safety and sanitation standards.
  • •Check IDs for guests appearing under 30 and refuse alcohol service when guests become too intoxicated, notifying a manager.
