Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Lead technical engagements across the sales lifecycle, including discovery, solution design, presentations, and PoCs.
•Translate customer business and technical requirements into effective Fortinet solutions.
•Deliver engaging product demonstrations, architecture workshops, and whiteboarding sessions.
•Work cross-functionally with partners, customers, and internal teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
•Support RFI/RFP responses and ensure accurate documentation in Salesforce.

Key Requirements

•Experience in a pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical role.
•Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies such as Network Security, SASE, SD-WAN, Zero Trust, SOC Tools and Cloud.
•Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
•A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and partners.
•Industry certifications (e.g., NSE, CISSP, CCNP) are a plus.
