Support critical production applications and cloud platforms by ensuring reliability, availability, and operational excellence across enterprise environments. Provide Level 2/3 production support, monitor AWS health and performance, and lead incident management with root-cause analysis and service restoration. Participate in on-call rotations.

•Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for critical business applications and services.
