Key Responsibilities

•Manage end-to-end RFx bidding processes, from defining scope through award and contract.
•Define and validate requirements with internal users, ensuring technical and commercial alignment.
•Develop and execute negotiation strategies to optimize costs and contractual conditions.
•Manage supplier relationships by monitoring performance, compliance, and improvement opportunities.
•Identify and implement savings and efficiency opportunities through spend and market analysis.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in services procurement and end-to-end RFx/licitations.
•Experience managing spend (~USD 500K+) and contracts lasting 1–3 years.
•Proven ability to generate savings and value through negotiation and analysis.
•Experience working with multiple stakeholders including operations, finance, and suppliers.
•Advanced English proficiency.
