•Handle regional quotations and inquiries in SFDC, assigning potential demand to the regional sales team
•Prepare and administer commercial documents (quotations, contracts) and maintain proper records
•Coordinate with other departments to fulfill customer or sales demand and build long-term relationships
•Process customer orders accurately through the ERP system
•Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, determining corrective actions

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above

•Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations under pressure
•Effective spoken and written English with strong interpersonal communication
