Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience with Heavy-Duty Class 8 trucks and trailers (or similar equipment such as agricultural, construction, or waste collection).
  • •Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for diesel engines, transmissions, and vehicle systems.
  • •Experience with aftertreatment systems (DEF/emissions) and electrical diagnostics.
  • •Proficiency with diagnostic software and using a laptop for manuals; MIG welding is a plus.
  • •Obtain at least two ASE certifications within the first 6 months; must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
