Job Summary

Lead weekend manufacturing operations on-site at Longueuil, managing a team of top-level managers and skilled operators. Own day-to-day production execution across engine parts manufacturing and service departments, including health & safety, environmental risk management, on-time delivery, and operational budgeting. Provide proactive updates on project status and operational challenges, optimize manufacturing processes through continuous improvement, and coach, motivate, and develop your team while tracking key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of managers to execute daily production operations based on the plan, priorities, and available resources.
•Ensure health & safety and environmental policies are applied and improve risk management through better work practices.
•Provide regular management updates on project status, deliveries, and operational challenges while demonstrating proactive prioritization.
•Ensure on-time delivery of portfolio products and coordinate with internal customers as needed.
•Plan and allocate resources and materials, manage an operational budget, participate in continuous improvement, and monitor performance indicators.

Key Requirements

•DEC or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in project management, operations, or engineering.
•Ability to develop strong relationships across all management levels.

•Team coaching skills and ability to synthesize information, see the big picture, and improve processes.
•Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and knowledge of SAP.
