Perform vehicle repair and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards, oversee apprentice technicians, diagnose malfunctions, communicate with parts, ensure compliance and safety, and document work while keeping customers’ cars clean and shop organized. You will also attend factory training and stay current with technical bulletins to maintain high CSI scores at a Sonic Automotive family dealership.
