Job Summary

Provide process engineering support for aero-engine maintenance repair work, translating technical directives into compliant, cost-effective work instructions and CHCEC repair processes. Own technical guidance for tooling and equipment optimization (including RPA), create and implement repairs for V2500 and PW1100G-JM engines, and lead process certification using Six Sigma, PFMEA, and process reviews. Collaborate with shop personnel and support occasional evening shift coverage.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide process technical support, including work instruction development for compliant, cost-effective methods and processes.
•Own CHCEC process responsibilities within repair processes for piece parts across assigned engine product/item jobs.
•Deliver technical support and technical data for process tooling and equipment, including optimization and RPA.
•Create and implement part repairs for V2500 and PW1100G-JM engine types with CHCEC CORE and EH&S requirements.
•Lead process certification (Six Sigma), PFMEA, and process reviews for assigned areas.
