Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform structural and civil calculations (foundations, piling, earthworks, retaining walls, compressor foundation, dynamic calculations, steel structures, blast resistant buildings).
  • •Interpret geotechnical reports and prepare contract requisitions and job specifications for civil/structural work.
  • •Check, comment, and approve steel and precast concrete shop drawings.
  • •Coordinate with civil/structural and other disciplines, ensuring works meet project specification requirements and supporting contract change assessments.
  • •Advise engineering leadership on slippage, liaise with specialist consultants, conduct periodic construction inspections, and provide completion certificates.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc (Civil Engineering) / BEng (Civil).
  • •10 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas projects (design and calculation).
  • •Excellent command of Spanish and English.
  • •Knowledge of Spanish and international standards and codes (EHE, CTE, EAE, EuroCodes, AISC, ACI, etc.).
  • •Advanced user of StaadPro, Staad Foundation, Sap2000, IDEA Statica, and MS Office.
