Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect Intelligent Control Systems: Design, build, and deploy sophisticated, data-driven control architectures that synthesize multi-modal sensor inputs for real-time robotic decisions.
  • •Bridge the Sim-to-Real Divide: Create physics-based simulation environments to identify and mitigate real-world failure modes.
  • •Build Robust Data Flywheels: Merge unstructured real-world data with synthetic data to fuel continuous training of foundation models.
  • •Pioneer Adaptive Behaviors: Apply reinforcement learning, imitation learning, and behavior cloning to physical systems for generalized robotic skills.
  • •Scale for Global Impact & Edge Deployment: Evaluate and optimize algorithms for rapid deployment on edge devices across a global factory network.

Key Requirements

  • •MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Robotics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related quantitative field
  • •Strong production-level coding skills in Python and C++
  • •Deep expertise in modern ML architectures using PyTorch, JAX or TensorFlow
  • •Experience with high-fidelity physics engines (NVIDIA Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, Drake) for training and evaluating AI models
  • •Ability to deploy models to edge compute devices across a global factory network
