Key Responsibilities

  • •Model Kate Spade service behaviors and selling standards; lead a high-energy, client-focused environment.
  • •Drive omni-channel and virtual selling, ensure clienteling through client books, outreach, and loyalty programs, and lead customer data capture for marketing and repeat business.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and develop diverse talent; coach performance and manage underperformance; act as Store Leader in their absence to foster an inclusive culture.
  • •Own store sales plans and forecasts, create action plans, coach to KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, AUR), and partner with corporate teams to optimize strategies using market data.
  • •Oversee operational excellence including opening/closing, cash handling, facility security, schedules and payroll budgets, compliance, loss prevention, inventory, and live stream/social media selling.

Key Requirements
