Security Operations Manager (Maldives, MV)

Direct security personnel activities to protect physical assets, property, and resources. Recruit, orient, and train security staff, and develop/enforce security protocols, policies, and procedures. Manage security operations during emergencies and high-risk events, oversee incident tracking and investigations, and coordinate guard duties, shift patrols, and safety alarm installation. Administer security operations budgets, reports, and controls for classified and sensitive information, liaising with law enforcement and fire departments.
