Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate and improve the performance review cycle, including goal setting, mid-year check-ins, annual reviews, ratings, and calibration.
  • •Create supporting materials such as manager guides, calibration toolkits, talking points, and FAQs to enable consistent execution across levels.
  • •Partner with People Analytics to track completion rates, rating distributions, and other indicators of talent process health, then drive cycle improvements.
  • •Build succession planning and talent mapping for critical roles, including readiness assessments, development plans, and assessment methodology (e.g., 9-box).
  • •Develop frameworks for consistent talent conversations, assess retention risks for high-impact contributors, and advise on talent philosophy and program changes.
