Key Responsibilities

  • •Support strategic sourcing for indirect categories across services, facilities, SMS, quality, and people benefits.
  • •Act as an interface with Maintenance, SMS, Quality, R&D, HR, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams.
  • •Support business partners in managing about US$20M in spending across these categories in Brazil.
  • •Ensure tender documentation, compliance models, and supplier due diligence are completed for new sources.
  • •Research and evaluate suppliers and assess bids for safety/health/environment, quality, and cost-benefit while improving economics and payment-term negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in procurement and supply chain, preferably in MRO/operations services.
  • •Complete bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, administration, or equivalent fields.
  • •Knowledge of SAP for purchase orders and reporting.
  • •Proficiency with Excel, with interest in macros.
  • •Ability to learn and follow Kraft Heinz procurement policies and governance procedures.
