Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Sales through technical engagement focused on wire harnesses, junction boxes, PCBs, and related electronics-adjacent systems and products.
  • •Develop and manage a manufacturing partner micronetwork and collaborate with account executives to drive account growth and retention.
  • •Convert customer requirements into manufacturing work instructions and develop procedures and guidelines for electromechanical project execution.
  • •Troubleshoot WIP issues and guide operations teams to successful outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and manufacturing roles.

  • •Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100d, ITAR, NIST and other compliance/certification requirements.
  • •Experience with IPC standards, gerber files, and common harness/PCB testing equipment and procedures.
