Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the roadmap, priorities, and outcomes for product areas such as onboarding, compliance workflows, audit readiness, or reporting.
  • •Regularly talk to customers, observe real workflows, and distinguish recurring problems from one-off requests.
  • •Translate ambiguous customer, business, and regulatory needs into problem statements, requirements, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
  • •Partner with engineering and design to scope work, make tradeoffs, resolve open questions, and keep projects moving.
  • •Test functionality, coordinate launches, and analyze usage/operational data to measure impact and reduce friction.
