Key Responsibilities

  • •Own month-end and quarter-end close procedures, including journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
  • •Evaluate and operationalize complex, non-routine, and bespoke transactions into scalable accounting processes.
  • •Manage intercompany activities across legal entities in accordance with intercompany agreements.
  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve accounting implications for new product offerings and close activities.
  • •Maintain accounting policies, SOX-compliant internal controls, and audit readiness; use AI-powered tools to automate workflows.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,000 - 178,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; an active CPA license is highly preferred.
  • •7+ years of progressive experience in intercompany accounting, cost accounting, and/or public accounting.
  • •Deep technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SOX internal control requirements.
  • •Experience using ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle Fusion.
  • •Advanced Excel skills; SQL experience and AI-driven automation experience are a plus.
