Key Responsibilities

•Act as data and operations lead for BD and Marketing, owning insights, automation, and performance visibility.
•Design and automate reporting systems and dashboards for revenue, partnerships, and marketing campaigns using Snowflake and third-party tools (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
•Build and monitor A/B tests and experimentation frameworks with Product and Data teams, applying statistical rigor.
•Identify and communicate actionable insights that drive user growth, partner success, and marketing ROI.
•Streamline BD and Marketing workflows through process automation and tool integration, including financial modeling and deal analysis (CPI, CAC, ROI).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g., Economics, Statistics, Engineering); advanced degree is a plus (MBA or M.S.).
•5+ years of professional experience in analytics, biz ops, growth ops, or similar roles in a high-growth tech or media company.
•Fluent in SQL and comfortable in Snowflake (or similar), with experience building analytics from 0→1 and automated dashboards (Looker, Mode, Tableau, or equivalent).
•Design and interpret controlled tests, evaluate statistical significance, and connect results to actionable outcomes.
•Experience with marketing and revenue data (campaigns, attribution, CAC/LTV, partnerships) and hands-on implementation.
