Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic planning processes to assess partnership opportunities and prepare partner engagement materials.
  • •Identify, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships to drive consumer growth and global distribution.
  • •Execute the full deal lifecycle from ideation and outreach through negotiations and partner onboarding, including post-launch monitoring.
  • •Serve as key partnership lead across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Data to deliver partnership success.
  • •Track and report partnership outcomes and growth metrics, optimizing partner-channel performance.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or platform growth, preferably in consumer tech, streaming, mobile, edtech, or online learning.
  • •4+ years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm, investment bank, venture capital firm, or private equity firm.
  • •Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, plus the ability to negotiate and support high-impact global deals.
  • •Understanding of consumer behavior and platform monetization dynamics.
  • •Solid interpersonal and communication skills with experience collaborating across multiple teams.
