Job Summary

Lead the design and development of a production data platform that powers machine learning across Omada. Build reusable feature datasets and scalable batch/streaming feature pipelines from raw behavioral, clinical, and operational data through transformation, validation, and publishing. Partner with data scientists and engineers to translate requirements into production-ready datasets, ensure data quality and governance, and drive technical leadership and mentorship across distributed data systems.

•Design, build, and maintain reusable feature datasets that support multiple ML use cases and experimentation.
•Establish self-service dataset foundations and shared feature definitions to replace one-off pipelines.
•Translate modeling requirements into production-ready feature pipelines across the full model lifecycle.
•Design and implement modular batch and streaming pipelines to transform raw healthcare, behavioral, product, and operational data into trusted ML-ready datasets.
•Lead architecture and technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure data quality via testing, anomaly detection, schema validation, and monitoring.

•Proven experience with cloud-native data platforms such as AWS and technologies including Databricks, Spark, Iceberg, Redshift, or Snowflake.
•Experience building reliable batch and streaming pipelines with testing, CI/CD, observability, and production monitoring for data systems.
