Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
  • •Develop and manage the assigned sales territory, including customers, retailers, and other key stakeholders.
  • •Implement the company’s sales and marketing plan and execute the territory coverage strategy for sales calls and visit frequency.
  • •Maintain records and submit daily/monthly reports, customer profiles, marketing feedback, and CRM reports per country processes.
  • •Organize territory activities for healthcare providers, stay current with clinical data, and monitor competitor sales/marketing activities to share market intelligence.

Key Requirements

  • •4 years Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Science (mandatory).
  • •Master’s Degree in Business Administration is an advantage.
  • •Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • •Strong working knowledge of distributor/agents operations, government accounts, tendering processes, contracting, and pricing methods.
  • •Functional knowledge of clinical aspects of pharmaceuticals, including supply chain understanding and drug distribution channels.
