Multifamily Underwriter - Advisor

Advise on underwriting and lending decisions for multifamily commercial real estate, including assessing risks and costs and making recommendations to improve the decision process. You’ll analyze borrower credit, property financials, and market information, and advise on the issuance of securities and other financial loans to customers. Work with teams and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation while supporting purpose-driven expansion of affordable rental housing and homeownership.
