Branch Leader - Dallas

Lead all aspects of an assigned branch, driving performance through coaching and managing teammates while delivering business development results. Grow branch revenue by building small business expertise, expanding mass affluent relationships, and executing client engagement routines. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management, and partner with IRM and operations teams. Manage human capital decisions including hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and counseling.
