  • •Administer identity and access management platforms (Okta, SSO, SCIM, lifecycle workflows) and serve as an SME for core corporate IT systems
  • •Manage and optimize SaaS applications including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Atlassian, and Slack
  • •Lead device management for macOS and mobile platforms using MDM solutions such as Kandji and ManageEngine
  • •Design and maintain automation workflows using Workato, BetterCloud, Okta Workflows, and similar tools to reduce manual work and improve employee experience
