  • •Own and improve the productivity and satisfaction of Roblox’s engineering community across these domains
  • •Leverage AI to create a new generation of tools that super power our engineers
  • •Elevate our internal platform to a world-class developer experience that engineers rely on and enjoy using every day
  • •Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Security, and Reliability leaders to align priorities and execution

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of product management experience, including at least 5 years delivering infrastructure, developer, or operations tools
  • •Deep familiarity with modern solutions, platforms and infrastructure domains, including testing, observability, and CI/CD systems, along with the curiosity to identify and shape the next generation of developer tooling
  • •Expertise in the frontiers of AI developer tools (and their limitations)
  • •Strong technical foundation (Computer Science degree or equivalent experience preferred)
  • •Proven ability to define multi-year product strategy and rally large, cross-functional teams around a shared vision
