Job Summary

Design, build, and execute SAP S/4HANA data migration loads for a global transformation program. Own data load templates, staging structures, mapping and transformation rules, and reconciliation workflows using SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and related tools. Support mock loads through cutover and hypercare, troubleshoot and resolve load errors, produce audit-ready technical documentation, and coordinate across functional and technical workstreams to achieve validated go/no-go readiness.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain data load templates, staging structures, field mapping documents, transformation rules, and load procedures for SAP S/4HANA migration objects.
•Use SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (including Fiori-based migration apps) and supported migration approaches to load master and open transactional data.
•Execute mock loads across project cycles (SIT1/SIT2/UAT/mock 3, dress rehearsal) and support production cutover load and hypercare stabilization.
•Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve load errors by identifying root causes, documenting defects, recommending data corrections, and supporting re-load activities.
•Produce reconciliation reports, load statistics/variance reporting, audit-ready technical documentation (runbooks/KT/defect and handover materials), and coordinate data validation with business and functional owners.

Key Requirements

•5-9 years of SAP data migration or data load development experience, including 3-5 years supporting SAP S/4HANA data migration activities.
•Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation/transformation, including mock loads, cutover loads, reconciliation, and hypercare support.
•Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, including Fiori-based migration apps and supported loading approaches (file/staging table-based and direct transfer where applicable).
•Strong knowledge of SAP master data and open transactional data objects across multiple domains (e.g., finance, procurement, sales, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, HR).
•Experience building transformation logic (field/value mapping, rules, validations), executing mock loads, reconciling results, and supporting defect resolution through SIT/UAT/cutover/hypercare.
