•Lead new business and transfer processes, set expectations, and ensure delivery of production for new or transferred business.
•Leverage tools and resources (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic, dashboards) to increase operational efficiency and performance.
•Collaborate with personal lines, farm geography partners, and Nationwide counterparts to solve problems, educate, promote best practices, and provide input.

Key Requirements

•Eight to ten years of sales or sales management experience; property casualty or financial services background desirable.

•Willingness to travel frequently within the territory and engage with agency partners in person.
