Senior Client Manager (Insurance Vertical)

Own and grow Insurance industry client accounts by driving land, expansion, and renewals across NTT’s infrastructure solutions. Operate as a quota-bearing sales persona—retaining clients, pursuing leads from aligned business development teams, minimizing churn, and generating demand by articulating value to client needs. Orchestrate global sales execution in a highly matrixed environment, manage pipelines and forecasts using sales tools and Salesforce, and coordinate with vendors/partners to close opportunities.
