(MEP/CSA) Assistant Cost Manager - Data Centre

Support cost management for data centre projects under the guidance of a Cost Manager or Senior Cost Manager. Assist with cost estimates, cost plans, quantity take-offs, rate analysis, tender documentation, and tender evaluation support. After award, help track costs, monitor variations, support change control, produce monthly cost reports, and coordinate data for progress valuations and payment certifications. Maintain audit-ready cost records and contribute to value engineering and internal knowledge sharing.
