Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform inspections and testing of finished and semi-finished products using appropriate methodologies and inspection equipment.
  • •Verify conformity by reviewing production self-inspection records and applying suitable verification methods.
  • •Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and inspection plans, and record work activities and inspection results in technical documentation.
  • •Manage and record non-conformities across incoming, in-process, and final inspections, including root-cause analysis using structured methodologies.
  • •Monitor quality KPIs, support audits (internal, customer, third-party), and collaborate on corrective and preventive actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Good knowledge of technical drawings, dimensional tolerances, and mechanical assemblies.
  • •Knowledge of metallurgical materials and their properties, plus incoming material inspection processes.
  • •Ability to manage product-related technical documentation and prepare dimensional inspection reports and quality dossiers.
  • •Good knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection tools, including knowledge of EN 10204 material certificates.
  • •Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system principles and proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
