Key Requirements

  • •People leadership experience with a track record of growing engineers to senior and beyond.
  • •Strong stakeholder leadership to translate technical needs into an actionable engineering roadmap and strategy across teams.
  • •Senior-level technical depth with cloud providers (GCP, AWS or similar), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ArgoCD or similar).
  • •Experience scaling high-load CI/CD systems, e.g., GitHub Actions with self-hosted runners or similar.
  • •Backend engineering background and fluency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python), with comfort reviewing complex architecture and code.
