Key Responsibilities

  • •Grow, maintain, and support existing Oncology accounts in the Dayton territory in collaboration with assigned COS
  • •Build relationships with key personnel at oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth and ensure test order adherence
  • •Analyze patient testing to ensure patients remain on the prescribed protocol and identify opportunities for improvement in workflows
  • •Assess needs of medical professionals and staff focusing on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem solving
  • •Become experts on all Natera Oncology products and processes to maximize field effectiveness
  • •Educate medical professionals on tools and resources to facilitate test order management
  • •Utilize and maintain internal KPI reports related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
