Support and grow oncology product adoption within Dayton-area accounts by building strong customer relationships, optimizing patient testing workflows, and coordinating with medical professionals to ensure adherence to prescribed test protocols. You will become the in-field expert on Natera Oncology products, educate clinicians, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with sales and patient coordinators to drive patient retention and unit growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Grow, maintain, and support existing Oncology accounts in the Dayton territory in collaboration with assigned COS
•Build relationships with key personnel at oncology accounts to facilitate unit growth and ensure test order adherence
•Analyze patient testing to ensure patients remain on the prescribed protocol and identify opportunities for improvement in workflows
•Assess needs of medical professionals and staff focusing on customer support, logistics coordination, and problem solving
•Become experts on all Natera Oncology products and processes to maximize field effectiveness
•Educate medical professionals on tools and resources to facilitate test order management
•Utilize and maintain internal KPI reports related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
•Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a medical assistant, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing background
