Job Summary

Drive store profitability at Citadel Outlets by leading sales and profit performance, managing resources, and ensuring policies and initiatives are executed. Use store and market data to make commercial decisions, coach and support the team to deliver an excellent consumer shopping experience, and build a service culture. •Assist with driving store profitability by meeting sales and profit targets and managing resources to improve the customer shopping experience.
•Monitor store performance, analyze store/market data, and make commercial decisions using financial judgment and KPIs.
•Support and coach the store team on operational best practices and consumer expectations to create a leading service culture.
•Partner with the General Manager on store HR planning, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and succession planning support.
•Set expectations and targets, hold the team accountable through feedback, and manage poor performance to build a high-performance culture.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 95,000 annually

•4-year college or university degree in business, retail management, or related field.
•Minimum 3 years’ retail experience with at least 18 months of Store Management experience.

•Well-developed ability to speak, read, comprehend, and write English.
