Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer multiple ProjectWise datasources to ensure smooth operation and accessibility for users and optimize integrations between ProjectWise and Bentley, Autodesk, GIS, and other engineering software platforms.
  • •Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex ProjectWise issues, supporting Incident Management processes and delivery to Service Level Agreements.
  • •Develop and maintain training programs, user guides, standards documentation, and learning resources; deliver training and refresher courses.
  • •Support ProjectWise project setup and implementation for complex projects and strategic initiatives by partnering with stakeholders on improved project delivery opportunities.
  • •Implement and continuously improve ProjectWise standards, workflows, metadata strategies, naming conventions, and document management procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Computer Science or Information Technology degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Previous experience working with ProjectWise engineering document management systems supporting engineering, architecture, infrastructure, energy, or consulting organizations.
  • •Advanced knowledge of ProjectWise infrastructure, Structured Query Language (SQL), Common Expression Language (CEL), administration, workflows, metadata management, security models, and document control processes.
  • •Strong experience in the use of Bentley Systems applications.
  • •Experience leading software adoption, change management, and training initiatives.
