•Develop account plans and long-term strategies to grow HP’s market share.
•Evangelize HP’s personal systems and solutions and hybrid work technologies, helping customers adapt to modern business needs.
•Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level Executives.
•Apply consultative-selling skills to uncover opportunities and deliver results that matter to your customers.
•Identify and drive new opportunities, managing a diverse and robust global sales pipeline.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
•10+ years of commercial account management experience with a proven ability to manage large, complex deals.
•Experience in driving global deals and managing sales for large, Japanese enterprise accounts.
•Strong IT services knowledge and ability to articulate value in hybrid work and collaboration solutions.
•Native-level Japanese and business-fluent English language skills.
