Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop logistics strategies and recommend process changes to keep programs ahead of schedule.
  • •Evaluate PEO program life-cycle cost and trade-off parameters to optimize use of product support provider resources without impacting operational readiness.
  • •Implement and sustain USSOCOM Inventory Control Point (ICP) item management functions, coordinating with ICP SME II for troubleshooting and corrective actions.
  • •Plan, manage, and coordinate logistics supply chain support for assigned major systems or subsystems with government approval, integrating supply, maintenance, spares procurement, and quality assurance.
  • •Perform Item Manager duties in APSR, including requisitions, referrals, dispositions, inventory scheduling, and conduct fact finding to resolve item management discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Financial Management, Program Management, or Logistics.
  • •Minimum 5 years of combined experience with DoD or another federal agency in Financial Management, Program Management, and Logistics.
  • •Minimum 2 years’ experience as a program/project lead supporting implementation and sustainment.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience operating a Logistics Information System (LIS).
  • •Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance prior to day one of employment (active Secret clearance is a plus).
