Key Responsibilities

  • •Own successful execution of the regional professional services portfolio across Canada (implementation, onboarding, and consulting engagements).
  • •Ensure projects are properly scoped and supported by appropriate commercial contracts before work starts, overseeing delivery against schedule, budget, scope, and quality.
  • •Act as primary escalation point for customers and overall owner for delayed or at-risk projects, driving resolution.
  • •Manage regional professional services revenue, margin, and utilization performance vs plan; support accurate forecasting and contribute to deal scoping/contract review.
  • •Directly lead project managers, lead consultants, and delivery teams; drive workforce planning and continuous improvement, including automation and AI-assisted delivery approaches.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading Professional Services or delivery teams in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • •Strong commercial sense, including revenue forecasting, margin management, and participation in the sales cycle/contract review.
  • •Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream delivery portfolios at regional scale.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management, with credibility interacting at C-suite level with clients and internally.
  • •Fluent English required; French and/or Spanish strongly preferred given the regional scope (Canada and LatAm).
