Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in preparing the project cost estimate.
  • •Assist in preparing the Project Cost Plan.
  • •Responsible for cost control and reporting on project cost status.
  • •Reviews payment certifications and issues the Payment Request for submission to the client.
  • •Manage project change orders and support contract closings, financial close, deviations, claims, and legal implications of the contract with government entities.

Key Requirements

  • •Education in Architecture, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Spanish and English with a minimum B2 level.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in construction cost control.
  • •Knowledge of cost estimation.
  • •Hotel renovations experience is desirable.
