Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, including vital signs monitoring, symptom observation, and updating individualized nursing care plans.
  • •Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitor for side effects/adverse reactions, and provide wound care.
  • •Respond to medical emergencies, assist during procedures and diagnostic tests, and ensure purposeful rounding to prevent complications.
  • •Maintain accurate patient care records and coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary team members.
  • •Adhere to infection control standards, provide patient and family education and emotional support, and guide junior staff/nursing students.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of one year of clinical experience (RN residency program available for those with less than one year).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent.
  • •Valid nursing license for practice per regional health regulatory authority (e.g., SCFHS / DHA) plus license from country of origin.
  • •BLS and ACLS certifications (and other applicable LSTC courses).
  • •Competency in neonatal hemodynamic monitoring, neonatal resuscitation knowledge, and ventilator/respiratory support knowledge.
