Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct the performance of ongoing Design Build water and wastewater projects and lead development and capture of upcoming design-build pursuits.
  • •Manage activities of a multi-discipline design through the firm's design centers and oversee overall project management for procurement of process equipment and subcontractors, scheduling, and budget control.
  • •Conduct VE or constructability reviews, be familiar with job cost reporting, and perform EAC analysis during on-site construction as prime contracting entity.
  • •Demonstrate strong commercial and construction contract experience and manage risk through negotiation and coordination with stakeholders.
  • •Oversee engineering and construction teams, ensuring collaboration and delivery across a diverse project team.
Travel: High travel

Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, Sanitary, Chemical Engineering or related field and 10+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
  • •Valid Driver's license that allows you to drive during the course of your employment; subject to motor vehicle records review
  • •Travel to other offices/sites will be required
  • •Experience delivering water/wastewater engineering and construction projects using progressive design-build, lump sum design-build, or CMAR project delivery methods
  • •Project management experience with ability to manage a diverse team
